Online registration opens Thursday March 1st, 2012! Register & pay on line. Early registration fee is $ 55.00

Players qualifying for available scholarships must  mail completed GFYSA/AYSO Region 674 scholarship forms along  with completed Player registration form to our P.O.Box 2512 Great Falls, MT  59403. Scholarship forms are available from school principals.

Registration fee increases after Monday April 16, 2012 to $ 70.00

All scholarship player registration applications entered after Monday April 16, 2012 12:00am Midnight will be charged a
$15.00 fee for full scholarship players and $ 35.00 for half scholarship players

Registration closes Monday May 14, 2012 in order to form teams, assign coaches, issue equipment and have time for training
sessions before season games begin
